• Carry weight evenly and hold in stomach.
• Buttocks are high and round.
• Shoulders and hips are equal width.
Gallbladder stress may show itself with these indications:
• Nausea following meal (anywhere from directly after to several hours later)
• Headache prior to or following meal
• Nausea that is relieved by eating or with a bowel movement
• Diarrhea following meals or thereafter
• Pain or tenderness in the upper abdomen
• Diarrhea or constipation
• Burps or belches

DIGESTZYME should be used for any of the symptoms mentioned above. Take 2-3 capsules with meals and, as needed, 1-3 capsules any other time. Symptoms should dissipate within fifteen to thirty minutes.
ContraIndications:
Although DIGESTZYME is available in a powdered form, the capsules can also be pulled apart and may then be used for children, pets, or in cases where a person is unable to swallow capsules. Powdered DigestZyme should be mixed with acceptable food in a teaspoon for a child or with baby formula in a spoon feeder for a baby. Do not add DIGESTZYME to a bottle of baby formula or to a bowl of food, since it will automatically digest the food in that container.
